EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

In the rare instance that your candle isn’t to the standard you expected, please get in touch immediately. To date, this hasn’t happened and I take great pride in my work, so I will be as disappointed as you! I will endeavour to have a replacement candle with you as soon as humanly possible and will take back the culprit for questioning.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. 

Penne & Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Sale items can't be exchanged or returned.
